The numbers you enter
All calculations happen in your own browser. The amounts you type into our calculators aren't sent to our servers or stored by us. They're kept in the page address (the part after the "?") only so you can bookmark or share a result.
Advertising and cookies
We use Google AdSense to show ads, which keeps Calcwise free. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.

Server logs
Like most websites, our hosting provider may record basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the site secure and working. We don't use this to identify you. Our typeface is loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers when a page loads.
Children
Calcwise isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
